Photograph of the interior of H. Eckstein and Sons, a discount clothing retailer, which was located at 74 Orchard Street and later at 66-68 Orchard Street, from the mid-1920s to 1998. Eckstein's was founded by Harris Eckstein and his sons Teddy, Charlie, and Meyer, and later run by his grandsons, David, Herbert, and Eugene. David is pictured (right) with his grandson Larry Zimmer (left). |
